SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. Shipping cost is based by location and will be assessed at checkout.
Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information to the email address provided at the time of order. If an email receipt is not received, contact Customer Service for verification. Be advised that shipping delays sometimes occur with our carriers. Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for delivery.
RETURN POLICY
Marval offers returns for merchandise purchased from marvalfitnessgear.com when all of the following conditions are met:
- The merchandise must be returned within 30 days from receipt of shipment.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
- Merchandise must be in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed and in excellent condition with all tags and labels attached.
- Must not be a Final Sale item. Final Sale items are non-refundable.
If you need to make a return, please email us before returning the merchandise. Please provide your Purchase Order number as received when the order was placed. Once we determine that your merchandise is eligible for return, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number and given instructions on how to complete the process.
All reimbursements will be made to the original form of payment. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the reimbursement credit to appear on your statement.
Damaged, Lost or Stolen Merchandise
We make every effort to safely secure and ship your order. If your order was damaged during delivery, report it immediately to Customer Service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
